Question about Nikon Science & Laboratory
I am looking for the USER MANUAL of Optiphot with fluorescent system. I have Nikon Optiphot (not Optiphot 2 but older) microscope but I never used the fluorescent system. I just want to know the basic operation instructions and to be sure for my eyes safety and to get good image and pictures. In long back I used Olympus fluorescent microscope and this one look different. The seller indicates that the microscope has new cubes and it should give perfect results.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

The Nikon Optiphot 2 tube length is 160 mm DIN finite. It is a 1990 vintage microscope. Any objective lens with the standard RMS thread, -160 engraved on it will work. It will not work with other brnads with the infinity symbol engraved on it or infinity tube length Nikon 200 mm, CFI60 objectives for 2000 vintage to present microscopes. - Lawsen Lew
