Question about Konica Minolta KONICA BR BIZHUB C451 1BLACK IMAGING UNIT
We are experiencing a problem with the copier. A defined line does not copy at all. when printing to copier from computer, the same line will print at a greyscale. We replaced the K imaging unit thinking this was the problem. The machine does not seem to have recognized the new unit, displaying that unit at 4 copies left on the consumable screen.
"K" is refereeing to the black toner not being full.... I would replace the Black toner bottle. The toners do have a chip on them, you may have got a defective one..... Good Luck
