Your rollers may be worn and when they are trying to pick up the paper they are not able to . Buy taking your printer to an authorized technician for a maintenance cleaning this should resolve your issue.
It's most likely the bushings/bearings in the beater bar (roller). The beater bar cover is fairly easy to remove -- take it off and investigate. Could be that the roller only needs lubricating on the ends. Also, check the belt to see if it's intact or damaged.
More than likely the rollers under the glass tray have build up on them. simply remove tray and rollers and clean rollers with soap and water. Before installing clean track area that rollers set in and should run smooth after that. If this doesn't do it then reply with more info about it < does tray move in a jerking motion?, does unit have circular cover in the top? in right upper corner there is perferated metal,is it discolored?> should be able to figure it out if it isn't rollers.
Try turning the steering completely left and drive forward. See if the car feels like it catches or makes a crunching sound, do the same by turning all the way to the right and check for crunching or snapping noises. If it does, check the axle shafts, the CV joints are more than likely worn out.
Let me know.
Change the gears , coz when the machine load or when you are printing the roller turn, and those roller has gears at the ends so when they are died they give those sounds, open the cover and try to detect which gear make this noise and change it.
when i back it up or move it forward when it is in nutral,, i cant hear it when the bike is running nor can i feel it when im ridding only when the bike is off and i roll it forward or backwards any ideas on whats wrong?,check the final drive lube level, make sure that's good. if that's ok then the problem probably is a worn worm gear that only makes noise when its moving slowly. To make sure its the drive and not tranny itself, see if it makes the same noise in 1st with the clutch in rolling it around. ,,,
