Hello here is the homepage:

http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3572#dl

Did you by any chance overclock the cpu in the bios ???
If so select a setting that is lower.
Have you added some thermal grease between the cpu and the cooling element ???
Is the fan connected right to the mainboard ???
The fan must be connected to the CPU_FAN 4 pin connector on the mainboard so the bios can control the speed, when the cpu gets hot.

I don`t know what size you case is but, you can add a 120 mm fan
below the power supply, and connect the power plug to SYS_FAN on the mainboard.
This should give a better airflow in the case.

In the end, i think a bios setting is wrong. Try to download a manual and check the settings in the bios and also you electrical connection.
The pc should not switch off before it reaches 70 degees celcius.

temporarily solved the problem by directly pointing a 45 cm fan directly in front of the motherboard. hope this sol doesnt damage it further.

HI I ahve a MSH-07NV airconditioner. It has had this problem before. I called a repair man and he said it was operator error. It turns on remotely then the fan stops and it goes down to 1 light that flicks...

As you don't mention the error code. There are 2 reasons for your unit as hereunder.
Check your indoor room temp sensor and coil sensor
Indoor unit return air sensor fault. Disconnect sensor from PCB and measure resistance. 8 kOhm at 30C and 13 kOhm at 20C if not replace sensor.
Indoor Pipe Sensor or Outdoor Sensor Assy fault, Open or Short. Disconnect from PCB and measure resistance. Air sensor = 10 kOhm at 25C, Pipe sensor = 5
kOhm at 25C. If not replace sensor.

When I turn on ac, temp in room comes down, temp on machine reads 95F could problem be exhaust hose has some tears?

The temp sensor is located on the upper rear just behind the air filter. Slide the filter out and give it a cleaning. Look for a small wire visible. Inspect the temp sensor; it gets dusty.

If the hose was leaking you would feel the heat in the room.

Air conditioner turned itself on to 22 degrees.

If it got to 22 degrees the Ac unit should have self destructed. What brand and model is that unit?
I think I would love to have one here in Georgia.

I want to put room temp on 30c but the default 24c

If you want the room at thirty C, it would appear you want the aircon to heat. To do this it would need to be a heatpump model which is capable of heating. If this is true, then it is a matter of changing the mode setting from cooling (default 24) to heating which would default at 30. Hope this helps. Look for a button with three or four icons, one should resemble an ice crystal (cooling) another should look like a radiating sun.
