Question about RIM BlackBerry Curve 8310 Smartphone
Last night i plugged my phone up to my computer to download some music to the desktop manager. when i connected the USB cable my keyboard lock was on, immediately on the computer screen it was asking for my PIN so i put in my keyboard PIN, it said incorrect. i tried disconnecting my phone and trying to put it into the phone and it still wasn't taking it. I am positive that I am putting in the right PIN is there anything I can do to keep from having to reinstall applications once i'm locked out? i've already talked to blackberry tech support and i've already rebooted my phone...please help
Remember that if you type in the PIN "5815" (example) on the BB keyboard without holding down the ALT key you are really typing "dxwd" but you can't see it because it does not show the typed letters only the *****. Try entering the letter form of the numeric passcode. One more example. If your passcode was "1234" enter "wers".

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
