Sadly, you'll have to replace it. You might be able to buy another of the EXACT same model, but then your problem still remains. The reason is they are bonded with a specific wavelength and transmission protocol to that specific mouse so there isn't any interference.

I think you're out of luck. I could not find anywhere on web that sells just the receivers. Logitech's web site doesn't list them either. Your best bet would be to call logitech to see if they do sell them separately.
