Question about Vizio E-series E320-A0 - 32" Class 31.5" viewable LED-backlit LCD
Just bought the tv. I have the silver verizon box with the extreme hd package. My hdmi cord will not work, i only have video/audio if the tv is on comp/av. if I unplug the white,red,&yellow cords I have no audio or video. If i switch to HDMI 1 or 2 I have no audio or video. HELP!

Is the HDMI port 2 work? Try to turn it off and turn it back on. If it is still not working then the HDMI ports have gone bad. You will need to replace the main board.

Well, your TV is still under warranty. That's the good part.
The only thing I can recommend without voiding the warranty is leaving the TV unplugged for 30min. That way, the TV can reset itself and hopefully correct the problem.
If that doesn't solve the problem, it's time to use the VIZIO warranty.
