SOURCE: my dishwasher is coming up

I just had the same thing, same model. After cleaning the filter out, the problem remained. I then read on another forum that it helps if you tilt the machine backwards for a few minutes (which involved pulling it out of the cavity in the kitchen). Did this and it now seems to be working. Hope this helps you.

Model ADP6000WH/ADP6000IX. What is error 2?

if this is a model that flashes the clean light in blinking code for faults , then your not properly reading the flashing light , if it repeats the two - two flash rate this is an indication that its lost its communication between its internal circuit boards (most times this is a logic board problem ) but it can be the other ones as well or ive even seen a wet cable do this as well , if the flash rate is 1 flash - two flash this is an indication that there is stuck key on the keyboard (or a cable problem too )
but the Number one problem I see with dishwashers is there's water(or had been) where it should not be !! water in the wrong spot causes all sort of gremlins to show up and it doesn't take much just one drop and its chaos

Our whirlpool dishwasher make ADP6000WH/ADP6000IX runs for the first few minutes of each cycle the just kind of pauses and will not finish the cycle

Check your FLOAT... When it stops, Open the Door and see the Water LEVEL.

If the Water LEVEL is normal, then you have a problem with your Circuit Board

ADP6000WH/ADP6000IX--Whirlpool Dishwasher.(new) My problem--Water not getting hot--i have it connected to the cold water--should it heat the water ?

9d561c5b-7c7e-4515-8a01-fbfa8f762c34.jpgerror 3 not heating..on wix6000 /or / ADP6000WH
same boards .
rip out the the main mother board with all the black boxes ,and the transformer on it,,there is 1 black box its the biggest of them all ,next to the fuse with the blue cover on it ,with care take the black cover off with a screw driver carefully, not to damage the lower half of the internals, the lower section must not be damaged all ,once the cover is off you will see a copper coil on one side and on the other a set of breaker points ,at the end of the points ,get a screw driver and push in the outter point inward just a fraction, and bingo it will work again,of coarse its a temp solution, you will need to get a new breaker box from tandy or dick smith or simlar place to keep it going long term ..
hope this helps guys and gals ,please take extream caution when working on such dangerous power sourses ,and always make sure the power cord is removed before and repairs or tweeks..
cheers

NOT WATER COMING THROUGH TO MY DISHES IN MY DISHWASHER ADP6000IX

If there is no water at all , check the following:

Inlet hose.
Ensure that there is sufficient pressure, and that the hose is not kinked.

Water level device.
Usually a float switch. Ensure that the switch is working and that sensor is not stuck.

Inlet valve.
Test if inlet valve solenoid has continuity and if the valve is opening and closing.

Door latch.
Test door lock switch.

Electronic control
If all the above is OK, then it is usually a faulty control.
Test also the wiring harness.

Problem with whirlpool dishwasher ADP6000IX stuck on drain mode has err4 on it which means water inlet problem has sencer that changers to pump mode now is stuck on pump

Hi I had the same problem with a whirlpool adp6000ix. Although it looked fine from the inside, the base was full of water. I managed to fix the problem by pulling the dishwasher out and then tilting it gently to the side. All of the hidden water in the base poured out which cleared err4. It is now working fine. Tip: Make sure you have a couple of towels spread around before you tilt it. Good luck!

your not alone. i to have this error 4 and so do hundreds of others.it means low water level even like mine your water level probably isnt low.what happened to mine was the sensor got a layer of fat and oil scum buildup on it and couldnt detect the water level so i cleaned it and worked good for another month. then same problem.solution- dishwasher had an "accidental short due to water leak" wich insurance covered and bought me a new dishwasher (fisher and pikel) now no more problem
