do you know the password
if you do set the password to default state and if any just remove it if im correct you should be able to get to bio setup with delete key at bootup or f12
bios passwords are perm. imprinted in bios until changed
when changin password enter old passy. then when it says enter new one just hit the return key leave blank that should erase the old bios passy
there is a proggy. out there that will help get that passy out of there you have to buy it but it works i used it
i ordered on line but couldnt tell you if this is a store item have to look that up

There are many known ways to reset / remove / bypass the password:
* By removing the CMOS battery
* By using the motherboard jumper
* By using MS DOS command
* By using Backdoor BIOS password
but if it is the windows password,then you have to use a windows password recovery tool to reset the password.
