Problem for Ricoh Aficio 2022 All-In-One Laser Printer
Ricoh 2045 Doesn't recognize new toner cartridge
The warning came on to replace the toner cartridge. Copies have been dirty. Paper comes out noticably gray with black splotches. Put in a new toner cartridge, (yes, I took off the cap). Machine says loading toner but then says "No Toner Open the cover and replace the toner cartridge. I've done this several times. Powered down the machine a couple of times but no luck.

It can be
damaged the motor of feeding of toner, also can be damaged the roller paddle or
gears of this roller. Change...

- If you were working with toner original and happened to one generic one, this she can be the problem. Probably it must change the develop and adjust the TD sensor, with the service programs. If you are not technician, would have to ask for a technician so that she makes the task.Yes

Please check the Toner supply unit.
If necessary dismantle it carefully and clean all the toner inside it and clean all the small parts. There must be 2 small mylars attached inside to the cover toner supply unit - If not there that's the problem.
Check also for broken parts.
Try replacing the whole toner supply unit.
