Did you turn on the power button? Happens all the time.

There can be a couple of issues there:
- HW issue:
Memory might have a defect
Graphics card has a defect

- SW issue (most frequent):
You have a virus. Get a bootable CD software like: http://www.hirensbootcd.org/download/ and boot your computer with this. Scan and remove the antivirus
Windows issue: boot the PC with the windows installation disk and go to REPAIR function.


In order to check if the issue is HW or SW, boot the PC and got o safe mode. If the PC halts also then, most likely you have a HW issue.

To play on PC your camera has to have cable to PC, plug the cable that you get with camera into sockets at rear of the PC, then download the movie to the PC with Media Player (built in your windows versions).

while connecting the phone to the PC, configure the phone as a Mass Storage device. It will appear as an additional drive in My Computer. Use this new drive normally to add or delete filed to and from it, like you use other permanent drives. But, before disconnecting it click the icon for "Safely Remove the New HW" in the system tray in the right bottom corner and disconnect the phone only when the computer says that "It is Safe to Remove the New HW".

If you want to log in as administrator, keep hitting F8 when the computer starts. You'll find Advanced Boot Options. Select Safe Mode from there. When it goes into windows, you'll find administrator in the user list.
