Question about Micro Innovations PD7250LSR Wireless RF Laser Mouse

Laser Stopped Working

The laser started "having a seizure", it's flickering on and off at irregular beats I should say. The buttons still work, this has happened before. I stopped using the mouse for about 4 months, I came back to it today and it functioned perfectly for about 4 hours. Same problem occured.

Any information would help

Same problem. Mine started doing that about 2 years ago. I stopped using the mouse. Tried to use it again today, and the laser flashes and goes dead. New batteries. just dont know. I really liked this mouse before this happened.

If you have a reset button on USB push button
if you have a transmitter reset it
you can go into mouse settings in control panel and see they are set right
you can also update driver in device manager.
have you changed operating systems

My mouse was just working and all of a sudden it stopped, I changed the batteries, reset the small button on the bottom and also pushed the button on the plug in portion. Help Allen

I have a miscrosoft wireless laser mouse 6000, and it also stopped working on my laptop. I changed the battery, still not working. I tested the battery in another device, and it was good. I moved the mouse to another computer, and it did not work. The light on the usb connector was lit. [No changes at all to my laptop.]. It seemed like there was no power to the mouse, and I looked at the contacts inside the mouse. The contact just inside the battery opening appeared to be bent down away from the contact on the battery tray. So, I pulled it up a little so it would connect when the battery drawer closed, and (after tweaking it a couple of times), it finally worked!

Check underneath for dirt or debris blocking the laser light lens, try on a different surface ie (mousepad). If that doesn't solve your problem, it's time for a new one.

Mouse stopped working

If you haven't done this, turn the mouse over and press the reset/connect button on the bottom of the mouse. After you replace batteries it sometimes requires this to be done. If that didn't work, first press the receiver button, then the mouse reset/connect button.
Hope this helps. Bud

Normal 0 Assuming that you have good batteries installed, turn the Keyboard over and locate the small reset/connect button on the back of the keyboard and press it. Then try to see if it is working. If not try pressing the button on the receiver and then on the keyboard. Try typing, should work okay.
Hope this helps. Bud
