Your Dyson's Motorhead has a belt designed to last the lifetime of the machine, which cannot be accessed by the user. The Motorhead is equipped with a safety device which shuts off the brushbar if something - for example, a shoelace or a rug fringe - jams it. If the brushbar in your Motorhead has stopped spinning, it may simply need resetting. This is simple to do - please follow the steps shown in the video below.

Remove the memory card and battery replace batterry after 30 minutes to hard reset. If the phone boots up then check card for errors, virus, delete, format as required and reset.
