Don't you just love Windblows?

Lost the address to the driver files on the harddrive.

You don't need the 'disk'.
Just download AND install the drivers, from Kodak Support,

I up graded my pc to windows 7 ultimate. i have a Hp laserjet 3015 and cannot seem to make the scanner work

Chances are the printer didn't come with drivers for Windows 7.
If you have Windows 7 Ultimate x32/86, click here.
If you have Windows 7 Ultimate x64, click here.
Install the appropriate driver on your computer and it should work. Best of luck!

I have a HP Media Center M7760N and I purchased a HP Personal Media Drive 2 tb. the problem is when I insert the personal media my computer freezes up My question to u is how can I recover the info a with...

You can try a 3rd party data recovery software to recover your data off the media drive.I have succeed to recover data from external hard drive with Tenorshare data recovery. It can recover data after deeply scanning your portable drive to look for lost data due to drives crash, physical damage, system sabotage, virus corrupted partitions etc.Download it and scan your media drive for free to preview whether your data can be recovered. http://www.any-data-recovery.com/product/datarecoveryprofessional.htm

I lost my cd installer for my hp deskjet 2050 all in one printer. how do I install my printer with out a cd?

I got you man!!..... I got you man!!....

Okay,
Follow these steps and you should be print and scanning anything in just a few minutes....

First step - Go to http://www8.hp.com/us/en/support-drivers.html and choose and click on the exact Printer name that is on your printer......

It will take you to another page with a white background ..

Now if you look carefully you will see that it says "Step one: select your operating system " ...

Now on that particular page you will need to choose what windows you have to download the driver, software, print and scan utilities for your printer... (The utilities help clear your print and scanning errors... Basically it tells you whats wrong with the printer!)

Go down to where it says:
" Select your operating system, then click 'Next': "......
Go down the list and choose the operating system you have and click next it will take
you to a another page.....

On the next page : You'll see the " Step two: Select your download "...
Chose the download you want now, which would be the driver, updates and your utilities for future problems...

If what you download don't work then you clicked on the wrong printer name or wrong windows operating system name.....

Please leave a testimony and vote on solution...
Also feel free to ask more questions!!!

Hi,

This is normal with windows xp and nothing to worry about you cannotchange that. Win xp recognises sata hard disk as removable disk, so dontworry about it, and continue using it normally.

This has nothing to do with not being able to install a printer.

Download the software for the HP D4160 printer from here:
http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareCategory?product=501857&lc=en&cc=us&dlc=en&submit.y=4&submit.x=2&lang=en&cc=us

Unzip it to a folder.
Now plug in the printer. The Add New Hardware wizard will pop up, click Advanced and next to continue the installation. Browse to where you unzipped the driver to and select it to execute the installation.
When it has installed, reboot.

Hope this answers your questions

Hp 2300 desktop

The message you saw has nothing to do with the installation of you're printer software. Please connect you're printer to the computer & connect the power as per manual. Click on this link.
http://www.hp.com/sbso/bussupport.html
Click the circle next to the sentance; Download drivers and software (and firmware). Than click; Start Detection
HP will scan you're system.(There may be a couple screens where you will need to install a HP program & give permission screens). Once done HP will find you're connected printer & download the latest software for you're 2300 printer. Sit back & follow the instructions.

Good Luck!
