You can not reset without old pass word , remove back panel and look for a round battery (disk ) remove for 30 Sec. turn on & off , and then replace battery. reset pass word

yep. as long as the print quality is good and stable, and the toner consumption is good (8K to 10K of pages per bottle) you can just reset the maintennace count at f7-03 on service mode. probably your machine count reached at 120k. :)
