Question about Zanussi 24 in. DE6850 Free-standing Dishwasher

Zanussi de6855 after washing cycle it dosn`t dry them at all. i dont have an air heat button.

    Same problem, dried dishes on first two cycles but since then it hasnt dried any!

Most probably the pcb unit...had a few of these changed pcb and cured fault, not a job for a novice to be honest, think the parts is about £70-80 from memory.. ally

ZANUSSI DE6855 DISHWASHER - NO HEAT FOR WASHING OR DRYING


Make sure you unplug before you start. I had the same problem with a DE6850. The heater was ok. Metered at 25.ohms. Apparently, the relay on the control board mounted in the front door behind the switches is a common fault. Remove the screws around the top part of the door and you will be able to get at the control module. Resolder the connection. Zanussi reliability has been lost. Noel P31bf5e2.jpg

Error E20 showing ........stops during wash cycle and clothes not dry on drying cycle


not familar with the code but usually wash has a built in thermo stop to wait for water to heat to correct temp,if it works normally in a rince cycle and spins out and finishes properly i would look at heat element or stat,hope this helps

Drying cycle


The heating element may be worn, or a thermostat switches off the electricity to the element cause a overheating or so.
