UZ1A1237004387 model 42PFL6007T/60 I bought 22/12/12 I put ON it was updated at connection with the Internet it seemed enjoy and there is no problem only began, doesn't react at all to the DU panel. I switched off from a network for 10 minutes I included I earned.. return to the factory settings. didn't help. I called in support group told to reinstall the software from a flash card I downloaded doesn't see. What to do?

Good luck. I have the same issue. No codes are available for the X2Gen. To make matters worse, it appears to use a non-standard frequency for the carrier signal, maening that other remotes won't work with the TV.
I purchased a learning remote, thinking I would just "teach" it the codes directly from the X2Gen TV remote. This didn't work either.
There appears to be no way to use any remote other than the one supplied with the TV. Whatever you do, don't lose it!

yep got to Lenovo web site, customer support, serch the data base for drivers for your computer and select the drivers for you wireless device, and install them, without knowing the brand of wireless you have I am just stabbing in the dark, try that and let me know.
