Answering machine

I need the manual...my machine won't take a message,i can call it and the messgae plays but when i get home theres nothing on it...not sure if its hooked up properly,so the manual would help...thanks for any help

Hi! If you go to www.thomsonnetwork.com.EN/Public this will lead you to the manual. On the first page you will see "view an instruction book" Click on that and you will go to the next page. At the bottom of the page put in the first 5 numbers of the model number 29868 (don't put in the A as it only accepts 5 numbers. Another page comes up. Select the SECOND choice 2-9868 DOM IB E 1 and the manual will come up in PDF form. Hope this helps!!! Zenitlady
