I have put a micro card in a kodak easyshare unable to retrieve

Ok, look for a stick of broom or any other thing that is as tiny as a broom, insert it into the card slot and look for a way to bring the card out with it.

Or maybe you should loose the cover of the easyshare m820/m1020 so that it would be easy for you to access the internal part and it would me more easier for you to remove the card.

Take care.

My SD Card Stuck inside!!

My guess on why it is stuck is that you put it in backwards. You can try just pushing down on it slightly and seeing if it pops back out, or you can tke the route of needle-nose plyers

Downloaded pictures from camera go all over

You check the frame settings and see if the shuffle option is activated. You need to turn off the shuffle option for the oldest-newest order to take effect. Also, you may want to reset the frame. Press and hold the volume (+) and the power button at the same time to reset the frame to factory default.

The EasyShare SV811 will not start up

please try these troubleshooting steps:

1. Turn the frame off.
2. Unplug the power cable from the wall outlet.
3. Remove any memory card or flash disk from the frame.
4. Connect the power cable directly to a wall outlet.
5. Turn the frame on.

6. Use a paper clip to press the button inside the pinhole on the back of the frame.

If after trying the above steps and the frame still have the same problem, then we need
to send the frame in for a repair as per warranty guidelines.
