I understand both your frustration and your need. The reason you have not received a reply - or at least a worthwhile one - is because, technically, this remote does not exist. I'm not questioning your sanity. The remote is indeed real and (probably) in your living-room as I write this.
This is another remote "in disguise". This is very common. They are mass produced - mostly in China - then given different badges and sold under a wide range of different names.
This means there is a manual for your remote and, most likely, I can find it. All of the codes and the instructions will be the same but the manual will simply have another "manufacturer's" name on it.
I think I know which remote this is, but to help me confirm it, please try entering JVC code 013:
1. Switch on the TV
2. Aim the remote at the TV then press and hold the "CODE SEARCH" key for at least 3 seconds, until the red LED illuminates and stays lit.
If you don't have a key marked "CODE SEARCH", it may be marked "SET", but whatever it's called, it's likely to be the key in the top left (or possibly right) corner.
3. Press the "TV" key on the remote. (The red light will flash once and then stay lit.)
4. Enter 0 1 3 using the numerical keys on the remote
Each time you press a number the red light should flash. After entering the third number the red light should go off indicating that the code has been accepted.
5. Point the remote at the TV and press the "ON/OFF" key once.
If the TV switches off, try switching the TV back on with the "ON/OFF" key, then test the buttons on the remote function correctly. If the TV does not switch back on with the remote, try switching the TV on using the POWER button on the front of the TV and then test the remote.
If this code and the code entry instructions work, then I have correctly identified you remote. If this is the case, please let me know and I should be able to supply a manual - albeit with a different name on it.
If the code/code entry doesn't work, please post back for further assistance.
