Diamond Raedon 7870 fuzzy screen after drivers

Hello I just recently ordered and received a Diamond Raedon 7870. I'm using a 42" 1080p Tv as my display, Before I installed my drivers my display looked very clean clear and sharp. After installing the latest catalyst drivers and rebooting, My screen is overscanned and very fuzzy and blurry. I decided to go into the engine control center and change the underscan back to 6% so it fits. But now the issue remains is the fuzzy blur, What is causing this issue? Obviously the card cannot be messed up but the drivers are somehow causing issues. My specs are - Windows 7 64 bit - Os Amd Phenom x4 965 BE - Cpu m5a78l-m lx plus - Motherboard Raedon 7870 "diamond brand" - Gpu Seasonic x650 gold - Psu 4 gigs of ddr3 1333mhz - RAM Thanks

All I can get is a white fuzzy screen neither remote will work

I saw your post, kimlucasmill, and wanted to help you get that fixed! If you're using an HDMI cable for the connection between the receiver and TV, make sure the TV is on the HDMI input. If it's a component or AV cable, make sure it's on the respective input of those two. In the event that you're using anything other than those, such as a basic coax cable, make sure the TV is on the correct channel, perhaps channel 3.

Hope that helps!

We have a Diamond Vision TV/DVD and the remote does not work. Is there a contact email or 1-800 number I can call to order a replacement one?

Diamond Vision is actually manufactured by Mitsubishi, so you can use this website to figure out the remote model # using your TV's model #. Then you can call the 1800 number listed on the top of the page to order it :)

I just received the Diamond VC600 video capture device...but noticed it is compatible with Windows Vista. Before opening the package, what about Windows 7? Will I need to download additional drivers, or...

I have not had problems using the VC600 with Windows 7 32-bit or 7 64-bit. If you have problems installing the drivers for the device, either have windows search for updates or install the drivers manually within Device Manager by doing an Update Software on the unknown devices and use the XP 64-bit drivers on the disc. If you still have problems with the device, I would contact the manufacturer's Technical Support center to see if they can help you out with the install.

Mits TV blue Screen

I fortuneatly bought a 4 yr warranty from Best Buy on my Mits. same thing happened with the blue screen fuzzy white diamond. The geek squad techie showed me the 2 capacitors that go bad on the power board and he ordered them and once they were replaced the TV worked perfect again. I have 2 weeks left on the warranty, so i'm calling them today to get my last free bulb(screen is kinda darkening, kinda) hopefully i can convince the technician. This was one warranty that bad for itself.

if you have any electronic skills you can replace these capacitors yourself, once you get into the guts of your unit.

Good Luck

Atari 2600 fuzzy screen

Hello, Are you using a newer flat panel or and older TV? IF you are using a newer TV the picture will never look very good. IF not, did you try working with the RF adapter? Check all connections. If all else fails try to get another RF adapter to see if that helps. I remember this being a bit problematic even when these were new. Wish I had a definite answer for you! Good Luck - Dr. Know
