Question about Apple iPhone Smartphone
My iphone frooze until the battery drained. now i charged it and i can't turn it on... i don't know

There are two questions here...
First, let me dispell a myth - *all* batteries are replaceable, yes, even iPods, iPhones, and car batteries. Some are just harder to get to than others. Batteries are not pieces of magic surrounded by trolls and dragons.
You want to see the battery? Seems silly to me, but here you go:
Second, someone in the comments section asked how to restart their phone. Hold down the little black button on the top of the phone for several seconds (~6 seconds). A screen will come up asking you to "slide to power off". Slide this to power off the iphone. Press the button again to boot the phone.

You can't change the battery in an iPhone- it's not replaceable, like an iPod.
