I have installed your Powerbolt, but when I push the Lock Button, it unlocks? What should I do?
First remove the cover on the inside of the Powerbolt
unit. On the right hand side under the batteries, you will notice that
is says "Door Direction Jumper". If the cap is mounted on Prongs 1 &
2, carefully remove it and move it over so that it mounts Prongs 2
& 3. A is right handed, B is left handed.
You'll have to use a screwdriver. Stick it inside the locked latch on the door itself, the hole that holds it closed against the car body, then pry on it while at the same time pulling the door handle up to open it. The lock piece should swing open and your door should close and open normally again.
M (menu) 7935 (regular menu appears), them press
4725 (menu service appears), then search HTLSRC (position 090), then
set value 032 (this value disables Hotel Mode) - TV. Now Hotel Mode is
deactivated. It is verified!
M 7935 4725, go to HTLSRC (090), fix 032 - press TV. Good luck!
this happened to me but i'm not sure it will work for you.. try to put the actual switch into lock mode (push it firmly into lock mode) then slowly push it back to the unlock mode.. if it doesnt work the first time try it a couple of more times. it worked for me..
