My Bruno stairlift is not working. The green light is not on. It was working for about 3 lifts, and then it stopped and the green light went off. It could also be a loose wire.

There is troubleshooting help, but you probably need dealer service. Check all the connections to the board.

Contact Bruno directly to request a wiring diagram for model SRE-2010.

sounds like the back-up batteries are totally discharged and the charger is not charging them. either old batteries that need replacing or baterry charger not working

1. No red light? Fuse replacement may be required. Follow instructions for a self-test.
2. Does the yellow light come on when the chair is parked against the charging contacts? Bad connection between wire and battery or over discharged battery.
