Question about Computers & Internet
Have had the speakers for 2-3 years and work fine on old computers running XP and VISTA. New computer is windows 8 - might that be the problem? The speakers have two plugs - one green and one pink. I did pick up cheap speakers just to see if they work and they only have the green plug and do work.
Are you using the heaphones jack? The new HP is a laptop? Open Sounds in Control Panel. select headphones.
