Is there another way to power on a droid 2?

It's happened to me a few times recently. Simply taking out the battery, then putting it back in usually does the trick. Try plugging in the charger with the battery in. If that doesn't work, take battery out, plug in charger, then put battery back in. Hope this helps.

When i turn it on and it gets to the screen where it says verizon wireless it just keeps flashing verizon wireless over and over.

hi,well on the droide, you can try this first,,power off the phone..then remove your sd card and sim if aplicable..
then push and hold the camara button, and then push and hold the power button,in a few seconds youll see the boot screen come up..
it will give you the option to restore the phone or boot the phone.
o restore ,or down to boot, try the boot first because the restore will cause you to lose your data.hopefully you have backed your contacts up..if just doing the boot dosnt work, follow these steps again to do the factory restre..If that dosnt work contact me here and ill

Htc incredible keeps saying droid and loop[ing from white htc screen to "droid" screen

Try to update to the latest android version. Your carrier might help you with this because it is so new. However if you dropped it (etc.) and your carrier doesn't replace it for you, You can get the part at Droid Repair and there is a guide that shows you how to put in the part at Droid Repair Guide.

Well my motorola droid is slow I don't know why I recently bought it and it takes a long time for a video to load while am using my normal 3g network

hi daddy hector the motorola driod comes with a 16 gb card if you are using a 2gb the phone's memory is slowing the phone down. You need to put the 16gb card back into the phone. Now if you have the droid 2 the 3g is faster because it is using the a faster processor. Where you got the phone is also important. It sounds like you got the phone from an authorize dealer. Teh corp stores are selling the driod 2 global. So you need to speak to the corporate national customer service and see if your phone is indeed a brand new phone. Hope this help

You might want to try a hard reset on the phone, it should put your phone back to normal if its a software issue, if its a hardware issue you might have to take the phone apart or send it in for repairs or warranty return.

You can hard reset your Motorola Droid if you want clear all of the data off of the device and start fresh. Here’s how it’s done.

1. Turn the Droid off. If it won’t turn off, take the battery out then place it back in.
2. Open the keyboard and press the X key while pressing and holding Power. The device will power on. Keep holding the buttons down until a yellow triangle appers.
3. Press the Camera and Volume Up buttons at the same time to get to the menu. (I had to press them several times).
4. Use the direction pad to the right of the keyboard to select the Format option.
