Question about Keurig Platinum B70 Coffee Maker
The coffee is just way to strong. I even made a larger cup and poured half of it out and made it again using the smaller cup and still to strong. Is there anyway to make it not so strong or any k cups that are not as full?
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

SOURCE: will not brew a full cup
Mine started off this way, then quit running any water through. I overcame the problem with a reusable K-cup. They are available online and at some national chain stores for about $15.00. It's a little more inconvenient than K-cups, but better than throwing out a $150 coffee maker.

I had some coffee grounds stuck up in the cone shaped hole that the water comes from at the top. I had to use a very long toothpick but it broke up some of the grounds that happened to get caught up inside. Before doing this, I went through 24 oz of vinager ;) .. the toothpick worked!

I don't have a solution but have just experienced the same problem and am baffled. I am using the same beans same grind. In fact using the exact same grind it went from great one day to weak the next day. I always run it for 15 - 16 secs to get the shot and that hasn't changed. Pressure and temperature appear fine. I cleaned the top of the top filter which was a little dirty but not seriously bad - no change. The coffee flow which is normally chocolate coloured to start with is just mid brown.

I had the same problem and my Keurig is only two months old. I read advice from another user and called Keurig this morning. They are replacing the unit for me within 3 to 10 days. All they asked for was the serial number, which is very easy to find. Good luck!
