Question about Kyocera Mita KM-2050 Printer
When I turn on the printer in the morning, sometimes it reprints
the documents from the day before. But today, it wouldn't let
me use it at all. The screen has an error message that says
"reset all orginials in DP". Please help
HI, donot worry is not big problem, first of all open the Dp(Document processor which means the document feeder) and check if there is any paper or anything stucking there, if you sure there is nothing, you have to go into maintenance mode of the machine and reset this message, donot worry i will show you how step by step:
first of all press status buttom from the operation panel, then hit 1087 twice it will take you to maintenance mode, then hit 906 and hit start, u will see word on the screen highlight it and then press start, it will take seconds and will tell you to put the machine on and off, so then you have to press the main power buttom off and then on, hope this will fix your problem, let me know if you face any other problem. thanks for joining fixya.
