Question about NorStar M7310 Corded Phone

Do Not Disturb!

My line 1 on my M3710 Phone is reading "Do Not Disturb" when I try to call out. I have tried #85, but it is not working. Please help!

You have tried: FEATURE # 8 5

That is the code for cancel DND...

    Come to think of it...

    Do Not Disturb is a feature of the phone, not of a line itself...

    Not too sure why you would see DND on line 1... it should not ring at all at your desk

    The only thing that I can think of...
    Dial FEATURE * 0 and press the button that is giving you issues... it should say LINE 1

    If it says anything else someone went into programming and changed the programming on your set.

You can use the do not disturb function on your set. When used it will stop all ringing on your set(both line ring and intercom ring). To turn on DND, press feature 85, to turn the DND back off press feature #85.

Have you tried Feature > # 85? That is, the "do not disturb" is feat. 85, and to cancel a feature, one does feature + # + the code.

try this, hit line in question first then hit #85. I am not sure if you had hit the line button first or not.

How to disable do not disturb from Nortel phone

FEATURE 85 sets "Do Not Disturb", and to cancel any feature, add a # sign.

FEATURE # 85 will cancel it. :)

Try FEAT #85. Somehow I'll bet someone was playing with the buttons and dialed FEAT 85. It needs the # to cancel.

I cannot remove do not disturb

Feature 69 is priority call.

Feature 85 is DND
To cancel a feature you need to insert a "#" before teh feature number, example:

to cancel DND:
press feature"#85"

You have to go into progrmming and reassign those 2 line to ring on your phone m7310 because those 2 line are not assigned to ring at your phone. Please let me know if you are having trouble getting into programming.
