Question about Waring Pro SB10 Professional Immersion Blender, Black
Not sure of the model #, but my Waring Pro immersion blender got a missed bone wedged in and stopped, but won't start now. I was hoping it simply needed to cool down, like an overheated hair dryer, but a day later and no power at all. Is there a reset, or is it dead?
Na youll find that either the low tension transformer that supplies the control the windings of the transformer has a thermal fuse
so will the drive motor
so one or other has failed
unless you know what your doing with a multimeter and replacing the thermal fuse or transformer
then its best you ask a repair guy in too do the job
quite a simple thing

Hi - there is a website called nisbets.co.uk that has all the spare parts for this Waring blender, plus a great diagram which is much better than anything in the blender instructions.

Obviously the motor winding is burned out. it needs to be rewound. This is can be done only by repair men who regularly wind motors.
All blenders have one thing in common. They draw more than rated current when running slow. If u continued using it inspite of noticing low speed then the it results in burnt motor winding as is the case now.
Also the blenders should not be run on no load, which will cause meahanical damage to fan and bearings.
