If the receiver works at low volume, but goes into OVERLOAD and shuts down at higher volume, it means you are player the unit too long and too loud. Try yo keep the volume down to a reasonable volume.

Have a SSR-EP100 air compressor that shows

Try to reset the main motor and fan motor over loads by pushing the reset on the overload it self, Then reset the controller. If the error resets, before starting. put a clamp on amp meter on to L1 or L3 motor lead which is located in the compressor electrical box . Then start and observe amps when unit is making air fully loaded. Once you know how many amps at full load the unit is pulling ,look at the overload setting on main motor overload and see if it is approxmately 10 amps above the max amps being pulled. If not set it about 10 amps above your max load amps.

Shows "overload" about 2 seconds after on switch-on.

The fan may not operate because of the fact the overload is in the power supply. There are comparator circuits checking voltages and or temperatures. In this case the fan may come on when initially turned on or it may come on when the thermistor in the thermal overload circuit reaches its set temperature. Either way you have a problem with your power supply.

How do i connect he differenial pressure switch into the 3ph star/delta starter circuit?

Your question is a bit unclear, but I assume you are asking how to wire the pressure switch in a piston compressor.

See the diagram, below.

You should have a wire from the L1 (first incoming main voltage) terminal to the pressure switch, and from the other pressure switch terminal back to the starter coil. You will also have a wire from L2 (second main voltage terminal) to the overload, and from the other overload terminal to the other side of the coil. In this arrangement, the motor starter coil must be rated at the SAME VOLTAGE as your incoming power.

This diagram works the same for single phase machines (they just don't have the third wire coming from the supply through the starter and overload to the motor.

If your machine has other safety controls (like a low oil switch), It can be wired in series with either the pressure switch or the overload.

My heater keeps going out. full propane bottle , but it keeps shutting itsef off i have tried it both with 2 full cylinders , and a 20# bottle ,

look in back of the heater where the fuel nozzle goes. you will see a plate with a bunch of holes, the ignitor and the fan. also there is a little button with two wires on it. these wires connect to two spade terminals on the millivolt generator. its sensing bulb is near to the fuel nozzle. the other end with the gland nut goes into the main valve body. when the heater is on, the flame hits the millivolt generator and makes a very small DC voltage which goes through the little disk [an overload] then to the main valve solenoid. if the millivolt generator is good then there is a voltage at the main valve solenoid and it keeps the valve open. in your case it seems 1) the overload is open 2) the generator needs to be replaced. please go to desatech site and order a new generator.

Rewire air conditioner controls

Assuming "Window Unit" with rotary switch.
L1 (smooth part of line cord) to thermostat 1, thermostat 2 to overload (black disk) from overload to Common( C) terminal on compressor.
From Run (R) terminal on Compressor to Common (C) terminal on dual capacitor. From Start (S) terminal on Compressor to "Herm" terminal on capacitor. From fan motor to # 4 on switch = Medium Speed, to # 6 on switch = High Speed, from fan motor to # 7 on switch - Low Speed. Brown wire from fan motor to (F) on dual capacitor, white wire from fan to (C) on capacitor and L2 (ribbedwire) (N) to (C) on capacitor

Fixing Ceiling Fan

An easy-to-install ceiling fan can make a real difference in your home's climate - both cooling and heating - at a far lower cost and operating expense than almost any other item.
The installation begins with choosing where the fan should be located. In almost all homes, the fan is installed in the center of the room, replacing a central light fixture. This spot provides a smooth air flow to most of the room. Since a fan draws about the same power as a ceiling fixture, the electrical circuit shouldn't be overloaded. But if your fan includes lights, be sure the circuit it's on has enough extra capacity to handle the load. If not, you must run a new circuit with a new circuit breaker from the house main service panel or subpanel to the fan. If there is no central light fixture, you'll have to create a place to hang the ceiling fan. Then, you'll need to bring electrical power to it. You can tap into an existing circuit to do this.
