Hi, I have a Canon Pixma mp460 printer. I had a problem whereby al my attempted colour printouts came out green-blue. I decided to get my cartridges refillled hoping that the problem would be solved. No such luck, they still come out green/blue. I did a nozzle check print from the built-in maintenance menu. The result printed out Black, Cyan and Yellow but the magenta column was blank? Please help!

You can refill them but you have to do it striaght away otherwise it dries up and is knackered. Do it yourself remove the label on top and drill 3 holes for the colour (you can get a guide for it with refill kits) sending them somewhere will cause them to dry up, as they need doing as soon as you loose a colour.
For now get a new cart and fill that when it runs out.

Canon mp460 not recognising replaced ink cartridge and cannot get rid of alarm code

hi guys,
BTW, did you refill the cartridge?. First, try to press START button (Black or Colour). Perform this procedure for each cartridge. If the problem still persist there some possibilities: cartridge error, carriage part or logic board is faulty. Then you need to replace faulty part.

On the printer driver setup - select manual on the colour/intensity on the main tab.
You will then see a colour adjust system with a picture of a boy to get it looking right for you.
When set up it should reduce the red output.
