Generic problem for all Mac Desktops

Not receiving incoming faxes

We use UFax.net for all of our faxing. We are an EMR doctors office and we scan everything in, then we fax from our computer. eg: patient notes Recently our faxes are not coming to the inbox, UFax states that they are sent but we are not getting them, so we sent them to my personal account in gmail, and we are able to receive them there. How can I fix the problem?, or is it my server?

do you have DSL line, wich is not compatible with data trafic? If yes, here is the answer..
