Question about Coby TFDVD5000 Portable DVD Player
When I put the disk in everything works except the picture will not come on. Can you tell me what the problem could be?

If the unit has audio but the screen is completely black, unfortunately, the unit has developed a defect and needs to be replaced. It can not be repaired. Our warranty is 90 days from the date of purchase. If you received the unit as a Xmas present, please call the number above for instructions on getting the unit exchanged.
