Treadmill starts out fine, then stops after a few minutes under load - goes right back up to speed as soon as I step off the belt.his is an "iFit. com EKG2v"

The machine is struggling under load, it’s either a really badly damaged running belt with no lubrications. Or, a motor on the way out. Or, you are exceeding the weight limit of the treadmill.

How do i fix a lifegear treadmill 97520?

Try below:

ERROR CODE

speed). The treadmill will stop immediately when the console detects this error.
E2

Troubleshooting / Resetting error codes
In the rare event of the treadmill displaying an error code ("E" followed by a number), simply reset
the computer by:
1. Step off the treadmill. Ensure that you are clear of the running belt.
2. Turn the treadmill off at the master power switch located near the motor housing.
WARNING: Ensure nothing is positioned near or under running belt which may possibly block
it's normal operation.
3. Turn the treadmill on at the master power switch.
4. Ensure that the Safety Tether Key is securely and properly installed onto the console or just
reinstalling the Safety Tether Key can also reset the display.
If the above does not clear the error code, please contact the nearest Dealer/Service Center

Why won't myHealthrider Treadmill console lights up, but belt won't run?

There is something wrong with the panel connection to the belt. Get the panel looked at or buy another treadmill. Everything is made to last a short amount of time these days.

My machine abruptly stops. it stops when i run on it.

Hello, Remove the motor cover and use it while you watch the front roller. When it stops but the motor or drive belt stays the same speed, you need toreplace the front roller. The drive pully is slipping on the front roller.

This should help.

I have a 1400 that when it has been running for 20 or 30 minutes goes to Power Failure and generally throw me against the rail to an abrupt stop. I do believe it is home electrical as I run a 20 amp...

This generally means that lubrication is needed to be applied between the belt and belt. You may purchase these kits thru www.jadfitness.com the products name is Lube and Walk follow the instructions that come with it to apply the lubrication.
