I cant print business cards on my hp c5280

Verify no pieces of the card paper are missing and try printing on plain paper to make sure. Then try new card paper and make sure none of the perforations are separated.

Problem printing business cards

I had this problem today and think I've figured it out. Take a sheet of plain paper and two little pieces ot clear 'scotch' tape. Tape the blank sheet behind the business cards at the top/feeder edge and try again. You may need to tweak it a bit more but it stops it from printing so far up.

HP 1310 series

I have an HP PSC1315 which is virtually the same printer. I actually created my own template where 10 business cards are printed as if it were one sheet of paper(like a poster). Of course you you can't select how many cards print, or which card to start on, but at least I get 10 perfectly centered cards.
