Rumba is blowing not sucking

There is a small slit that gets full of dust bunnies inside the dust bin . Open the "lips" on the blue soft rubber sweeper and clean the slit with a small screwdriver or toothpick and that will take care of dirt blowing out.

sounds like one of the cliff sensors has gone bad. I think your options are to send it in for repair or buy a replacement sensor and swap it in.

It could be the power button itself. If you have a Roomba remote, try using that to power on the robot.
