Why is my treadmill not working, moved it from my garage into one of me bedrooms , took the power socket wires out now it isn't working

You may have too much on at once. You should contact an electrician to evaluate the electrical current going to the breaker from that circuit.

Fuse keeps blowing immediately when switching on the treadmill, why does this keep happening?

A fuse is designed to prevent excessive current from flowing into a circuit. If the latter is not protected by the fuse, the excessive current can either cause some serious damage or the excessive current can overheat parts and perhaps result in a fire.

So, you are drawing too much current and that explains the small plume of smoke you experienced. If an electric motor runs slow because of excessive friction or load, it will use too much current, overheat and burn out the windings. Disconnect the motor and attempt to run the unit with the motor disencumbered. If the new fuse does not blow, then the problem is with the drive mechanism. If fuse blows, the problem is with the electronics and not the motor.

Life Fitness 4000 repeatedly blows outlet circuit breaker

If there was a fuse in the treadmill it certainly wouldn't cause your main circuit breaker to blow. It sounds like the motor burnt out and shorted- which is causing your house circuit breaker to blow. There is a chance that the ball caused some other damage that is creating the short but my bet is on a burnt out motor. You would need to disassemble the unit and test for short circuits to verify.

GE3100T treadmill stopped working

All the treadmills have a power switch with Auto reset. If there s any overload detected it will automatically reset to off position To prevent any further damages. Just check the power switch of the treadmill. If its it off position then turn it one and check the treadmill. If the switch again rest to off position then try to call for a tech to repair the treadmill.

Treadmill electical issue: My Spirit SR275 Programmable treadmill blows the panel electrical fuse for our workout room when I start the belt. I can operate other treadmill control functions without blowing...

A treadmill has a high current draw -- it should be on a dedicated 15 amp-circuit -- if sharing a cricuit, it's not unusual, from time to time, for it to trip a breaker or blow a fuse in the main panel.

When I turn on my treadmill it sparks and blows my gfci

Sparking means you have one of the electrical wires insulation broken or missing, causing a 'short'. check around the spark area for an exposed wire. if it sparks where you plug it in then the short could be any where along the electrical cord.

One other possibility could be a bad receptacle, try plugging something else into the receptacle, if it sparks also have the receptacle changed.

York treadmill

Depending on where you let the smoke out, but I would say yes. Remove the covers, I would look at the lower board first see the blackened areas. But the important question is why did it blow in the first place?
