Check the voltage at the terminal block where the cord hooks up for 220 volts.
Remove the rear panel and check the thermal fuse located on the upper portion of the heat canister.
Check the Hi-limit thermostat on the bottom portion of the heat canister.
Check all the wires for a burned or loose wire.
Check continuity of the heating element.

Without doing more troubleshooting i would have to say that it is the main board (the board with the knobs on it) Take it out and see if there is any corrosion on it.

SOURCE: wont heat past 200 degres

When the food you're baking is done on top but not on the bottom--or when baking just takes far too long to finish--the bake element may be burned out.

You may get fooled into thinking it's working, because the oven is hot inside. But many electric ovens use the broil element, too, during the preheat and bake cycles. So the food may be getting heated only by the broil element, which causes poor baking results.

If the bake element is burned out, replacing it should solve the problem. Otherwise, you need to further troubleshoot the oven's electrical system to locate the defective wire or component.

How do you set the thermostat above 120 degrees? My dishwasher requires 135 degrees. Thank you.

you shouldn't have to set your heater to 135. dishwashers have a built in heating element for just this purpose.

once you start going over 120 degrees on your water heater, you start creating scalding problems.
130 degree water can cause second degree burns in 30 seconds
140 degree water can cause second degree and even third degree burns in 6 seconds
150 degree water can cause third degree burns in 2 seconds.

be very careful !

Wont heat above 58 degrees

not knowing where you live or what the average temp is, it's tough to help you. If I may assume that the heater used to heat just fine and now it is not, I would look at either not enough gas supply (bad gas regulator at meter or tank), or the temperature probe is not giving the circuit board the correct reading. Remove the left side panel against the wall and look for a yellow wire with a black rubber tip. Take an ice cube and place it on the probe. The heater should turn on. Now pinch the probe with your hand. Your body heat will eventually tell the unit to shut off. If it has no effect, you will need a new probe (they call it a thermister). Have your gas company check the gas pressure and make sure it is within spec. The WTA model has some programming that may have scrambled. Reset the set temperatures by following the manual or going to Rinnai.us to view one. Hope this helps.

Heater will not stay lit on auto procom ml 300 blue flame

If you have an ML300HGA, it is a manual-control heater, which means you turn it on and you turn it off. No thermostat. It does not have an AUTO setting.

Likewise, the thermostat-controlled models do not have a Manual mode. If you have the ML300TBA, it has a thermostat and will turn itself on/off in order to maintain a room temperature.

On manual models, the numbers (if any) on the dial are heat output selections. Set the control to the highest heat setting and that's what it does until you turn it off.

On automatic thermostat models, the numbers on the dial are temperature selections. Set the control to the highest heat setting and the heater will continue running until it is 85-90 degrees, then shut off. Set it around 2 and it will maintain a temp of around 70 degrees.

All Procom heaters are either automatic (thermostat-controlled) or Manual. None are both.

I just got my G73.  It comes with a new note that says "below 50 degrees the fan will cycle randomly (and might seem like its not working correctly) but once it is above 50 it will cycle normally."  it uses that to let the element re-heat quickly to bring the room up to temp faster.
