Hello there in China!! I am sorry you are freezing you're **** off, LoL. Not funny I know. I can't find nothing in English for the name you gave me. I would think that whom ever runs this Hotel would be of service to you as you are a guest there and a paying customer there. I do not know there customs however . Depending how long you will be in this hotel, I would try to find someone there that would be able to translate these buttons for you, even if you offer a small amount of currency to help you. You shouldn't have to go through this!! They should have a maintenance person there to help with these problems, so contact the front desk. I hope this leads you in the right direction, I would not put up with this! You are a guest.
Sincerely,
Shastalaker7

SOURCE: Gree air conditioning unit turns itself off and

If you don't have the manual, pull the cover from the indoor unit and see if a chart is pasted to it, an error chart telling you what the codes are, If by chance it is not there, pull the control panel from the outdoor unit and look there. Most all gas units have them, so yours should have one as well. Keep looking. Sincerely,

Code error E7

I'm not sure if NewAir is made by Gree -- they supply many. On Gree units, E7 simply means one unit is requesting heating while another is requesting cooling and you can't have both at the same time. So that's the first thing to check. Very simple, very common, doesn't indicate that anything is wrong with the system.

Gree 18000 Btu Air Conditioner , f2 appears on display

F2 is an indoor pipe sensor fault. You will need an air con tech or electrician to do this as the sensor is wired into the indoor board. Gree parts can be a bit difficult to obtain but a similar sized pipe sensor from an LG or Teco unit will work. You may have to "splice" the new sensor onto the existing pipe sensor wiring as the connection to the indoor board will likely be different. Contact LG or Teco for your colsest parts outlet or buy direct from them.
