Question about Audio Shelf Systems

Radio won't play, display shows only a code of FB-1

This is a component stereo system. The code of FB-1 is displayed as soon as you turn it on. I disconnected one of the ribbon cables that runs to the front display, and the error goes away, the display appears normal, but there is no sound. When you press the CD eject key, the display indicates there is an error. The problem seemed to come up after a CD was played. Model is a SA-AK600

RCA RS2664 Stereo wont play CD in any of the trays but seems to try to scan to play.

Hello
The laser pickup unit's lens may be dirty or dusty. Just put a lens cleaning disc into the tray, and play it at least three times, by ejecting the disc each time, and reinsert in in to. The lens cleaning disc can be bought from most of the electronic spare part selling shops at your town, and won't cost more. If it dose not help you, the laser pickup unit of your RCA device should be replaced with same type and number. OK.

Error e-20. Doesn´t Work anything related to the Cd Players.

The system may need to reset. Unplugged the amp from the power source completely and let it rest for at least 5 minutes.

The illumination can only be controlled from the main remote. Adjust the prongs inside the remote and this should fix the issue.
