Question about Televison & Video
I've tried everything and the big runs fairly clear, but any writing is fuzzy and is very hard to read. Ex. the info. of the satelite is pushed or the news writing. Can you help me solve this problem?
most likley your problems are on the hyper board in the set
it will sorta dance at the top and be shaking back and forth at a fast rate
it would require the hyper board being repaired or exchanged
you would most likley wont to locate a professional in your area to assist with this repair
average repair is 280 to 320 in my area

your convergence ic's are Shorted
They have a kit for this tv it is available through local parts distributors
If you can't find it locally just Google HITACHI CONVERGENCE KIT
If you are not good with de-soldering and soldering do not attempt this repair. Remember to replace all the resistors in the kit
If you are not sure about doing this repair you should have your local tv guy do it for you

SOURCE: Toshiba problem!
Your Convergence IC's need replaced. I recommend calling a service company if you want to invest in the repair. Most shops charge anywhere between $250-350.

Sounds like a convergence problem. You can buy the IC chips over the internet or you can get a complete kit with instructions and support from www.TvRepairKits.com
