Fax tone when i dial someone (by 4 users)
Whenever i dial from my motorola v3i mobile the receiver gets fax tone and a creeking noise

When i dial out or receive a call, my handset give this loud fax sound, or almost like a dial up modem connecting to the internet. I can't use my actual handset at all to make or answer calls. I can use an earpiece or bluetooth and it works fine, but i would like to know what is causing this and can it be fixed, because i would like to use my phone without a earpiece or bluetooth sometimes. PLEASE HELP!!Thanks
