There are several kinds of codes. One is the Security code. It will be 0000, 1234 or the last 4 digits of your phone number unless you have changed it. If you have forgotten, press your menu key and it will ask for the Security Code. Which is 000000 unless you have changed it. If you have changed the security code and have forgotten that as well you will need to have the phone reflashed as there can be no access to it.

If however you are talking about the Unlock Code aka Subsidy Unlock Code to use your phone with another service provider other than the original intended service provider then you will need to contact the original service provider and ask for the Sub-lock code which will be 8 digits.

just download "Motokit "software from "modmymoto.com"& install it in ur PC.Select Data/fax mode in usb setting of ur mobile.
then open the MOtokit software & connect ur phone..Software will automatically detect ur phone.
then of top left side of the software select " mobile" & then"info"..it will give u the Unlock code & security code of ur mobile...

i think u should visit motomodders.net or modmymoto.com site..there ara severel tool & software r available for different unlocking style...u can chose ur phone from the list & fet the code.

Its very easy
1. go to security
2. then go to change unlock code
3.you will be asked to enter the old unlock code
4. press menu then enter your security code

i have forgot my security code of slvr L7.. plz tell me how to unlock..
