The area you have this question posted under is free. There are other ways of answering your problems faster that do have a fee. Basically if your not putting in your CC information your not getting charged is a good rule of thumb.

The audio driver is not working ,no sound at all also i put a built-out sound card and no thing change i think something is disabled in the main board plz help me thanks


the drivers need to be installed before sound will work. you can get the drivers for your computer from the makers website. you need to know the model of the computer and what windows it has installed on it.

I see you have posted this under HP compaq, so you can find what you need from http://www.hp.com and then go to support and drivers.

you can also get someone to help you from there, in live chat, phone or email for free. good luck.

Need recovery disc


Just log onto hp.com and chat with a tech. They will find the recovery disk you need, take your credit card info and ship it to you. This will be safer than trying to buy one on ebay. This should cost you about 30.00.

You can find the correct drivers to fix the problem from HP/COMPAQ website (same company) at www.hp.com with the search and with the model of your computer. they also have free live chat support if you need it.

I charged my zonealarm on my credit card, July 20 I need to get my license key # Can you help me I tryed to call with no Help they did not even answer.


Do not charge my credit card. After I did credit card imformation You were not ther to help me. I was really PISSED OFF. I got help from on line chat with free, ZoneAlarm.
