Connect the phone to a PC using Nokia PC Suite software or the memory card to a memory card reader.Browse to the location where the media files are stored. Select all the songs by pressing "ctrl+A" and right click and take "Properties"In the Genetral tab, untick all the attrib value.then press " Apply " then "OK".
and rename the folder which contain your media files to "My Music".Ignore this if it has been already done.
Your phone only support polyphonic, MP3, AAC files.Make sure they are MP3 or ACC media files.
Start your phone with the memory card inside and update your music library list.
You will find your favorite music there.
Note : Some mobile doesn't support very long media files name.
Open the music player. Press the left selection button and select Music library. Scroll down to select Update library. This will update the MP3 files to the library. If there is any MP3 file deleted or missing, it will be removed from the list from the music player.
Just select one of the MP3 file in your memory card and open it. It should work with media player. If it works with media player then the problem will be with the music player.
If this happens, go to Settings and select Restore factory settings and it will ask a password. Type 12345, and it will restore the settings to default. Then open the music player and update the library and it should work.
Try going into your media player, open up your track list and refresh all tracks. If that doesn't work then your media player is directed to open up a certain file most probably your music file while your other music could be saved in your tones folder.
well, first check your mem. card if it fits the specification e.g. <= 2 gb, good company, etc and having proper music files. if there are music files in phone memory, check their folder and put them in music files. this should work
