Re: Help new born baby washer not working:(

When you say cycle 4 do you mean programme 4 or do you on the final rinse. there are a few things that can cause no softner to go, on a lot of these machines it requires both cold valves to work at bthe same time {inside the machine your cold water valve will have 2 solaniods 1 for wash band rinse the other 1 to activate only the final rinse].The other poss could be your board but this would normally cause your selector to rapidly advance. I would call an expert

Re: Help new born baby washer not working:(

It is due to the problem in the microprocessor it is set like that to on the pipe to fill water after four cycles and no mechanical parts controlling it and it is controlled by the processor so u have to call them for assistance

Fabric softner does not empty into washer during rinse cycle

Hi not sure how these work as we dont have them in the UK. With UK machines the soap and fabric softner are put into a drawer that pulls out the front of the machine. When softner and soap arnt going into machine properly we take drawer out and wash it in warm water, you usually find a lot of gunk built up blocking it, perhaps you have a similar problem. Hope this helps

My front load washer will not empty out the fabric softner. I have taken out the drawer & cleaned it. It will empty out the laundry soap, but not the fabric softner

I have the same problem with mine. I found that some fabric softners worked better than others. I found Downy the worst, when i switched the problem seems to stop once i cleaned out the drawer

The fabric softner reivore wont take in/ empty the fabric softner

I had this problem also. I pulled the drawer out, then removed the softener assembly. (the blue piece) In the front there is a hole that lets the softener liquid drain into the funnel to go into the machine. It was clogged with a little bit of dried up softener liquid. Cleared that and it worked fine. We've had the washer for 3 years and have had to do this several times. Seems to be a problem.

Washing power drawer, the fabric softner section

Pull the drawer out as far as it will come and then grasping it firmly, give it a good tug towards you, this will free the drawer to enable you to thoroughly clean every piece of it, particularly the conditioner parts of it.
Get a piece of wire with a bend on the end, and poke it in to all the holes in the top of the dispenser compartment, this will clera any blockages there.
Plz rate my solution, and feel free to leave any comment.

Fabric Softner drawer

The detergent dispenser is located above the detergent drawer. A water pipe is connected to it and water enterence and distribution to drawer's cells (following the programmed cycle)are done by a lever's movment (part of the dispenser). The lever movment is controlled by two solenoids that received their power from the timer. By openning upper machine's cover you will have an access to the dispenser. Dissconect the power cable from the machine before moving to next tests !!!! Look first that they are not any disconnected wires. Move manually dispenser's lever and see if water running to all cells (depend on your movment). In case it doesn't work properly remove the unit from the machine and try to clean it (I hope it will help, otherwise you should replace the unit). In case it works properly (manually) - you should test by a multi-tester solenoid's resistance. the one that doesn't have a resistance measurement should be replaced. Good luck !!
