How do I down load photo's from my Samsung 2 phone please

First make sure you have the correct USB drivers for your phone installed on your pc. Go to device manager and see if your phone or mass storage device is listed. If not, download the drivers here, http://www.samsung.com/us/support/downloads. Make sure debugging on your phone is enabled. Please refer to the following:

  1. To set the Samsung Galaxy S2 to USB Mass Storage (MSC) mode, go into "Settings > Applications > Development" and enable "USB debugging".

  2. Then drag the status bar down and tap on "USB connected".

  3. The "USB connected" screen with the large green Android icon will appear. Tap on "Connect USB storage".

A confirmation dialog box will appear. Tap "OK". The green Android icon will turn orange, indicating that the phone is now in USB Mass Storage mode and should now appear as USB disk drives in "Devices with Removable Storage" and be assigned drive letters.

Samsung Galaxy S2 (Android 4.0)

  1. To set the Samsung Galaxy S2 to USB Mass Storage (MSC) mode, go into "Settings > More... > USB utilities" and tap on "Connect Storage to PC".

  2. Then plug the USB cable into the device and connect to your computer.

  3. The "USB connected" screen with the large green Android icon will appear. Tap on "Connect USB storage".

  4. A confirmation dialog box will appear. Tap "OK". The green Android icon will turn orange, indicating that the phone is now in USB Mass Storage mode and should now appear as USB disk drives in "Devices with Removable Storage" and be assigned drive letters.

Can not read HDD data in toshiba e-studio 600

Ah, a common one. Here goes Juan.

You've already replaced the drive and gone with the 3-C Power on option 3. What you'll have to do now is get your hands on the firmware. For the 850 series (the 600 is part of that series) I believe it is SYS 356. You may have to get ahold of a certified Toshiba dealer to get your hands on that firmware. Good thing is it's easy once you've got it.

Put it on a thumbdrive (1 GB or smaller), insert it on the right rear of the machine, hold down 4-9 power on and you'll be in firmware update mode.

Just in case I'm wrong about the version, keep an eye out for the NIC firmware to be selected. If it is, unselect it, it will FRY that NIC card, trust me.

F10 error code for a toshiba e-studio 28

Your HDD is having issues. You can try formatting the HDD (make sure you backup templates and address book if you use them.) To format HDD hold 0 and 8 while turning on the copier, when the machine comes ready key in 690 and hit start. It will then display "2 2", hit start again. Wait for it to say please reboot the machine, turn it off and back on. Hopefully this will work but if not, your HDD will need replacing.
