Did you tried with different load?
It could be the control panel which is not to cheap.

Sounds like a water valve solenoid. The hot and cold water is controlled by solenoids that open and close. Try running just the hot and just the cold. If one or the other works, then the proble,m is a bad solenoid valve

mabye there is something keepin the door open, thats usually why most washers dont start

When in doubt check the easiest thing to check. The pump can cause a number of errors to come up. Since the unit stopped in rinse I would start but checking to make sure there is nothing obstructing the pump before going to the expensive parts.

After power outage that will happen do this to fix.
Select PAUSE/CANCEL twice to cancel the cycle. Select
DRAIN & SPIN if there is excessive water in the washer.

there should be a rubber pipe going to the soap draw to the drum normally there's to pips one at the front of the machine and one on the top it is there have a good look in the machine make sure its un plugged be for putting your hands in the machine ok
