Question about Samsung Galaxy S III S3 GT-i9300 16GB Factory Unlocked Android Smartphone - International Version, No warranty Pebble Blue
I had this problem. Turned off bluetooth and all worked. Seems to be a bug not knowing when it's no paired. Turn on/off bluetooth as required.

The problem is from your hear piece, it must have been damaged or bad, all you need is to replace it. For you to further know that the problem is from your ear piece, try to make use of handfree or headphone, if you probably hear your caller, then it means that the eart piece of the phone is damage or bad. You can give a phone engineer to repair it for you, or better still,samsung customer service center in your area.
